LOOK UP PREVIOUS INVOICES, RIGHT IN ORBIT. Did you know, we’ve now built the ability to view previous invoices right into ORBIT?
In order to view a previous invoice, you’ll need a registered account on ORBIT. Once you have an account, send an email to sales@arlenco.com. After a quick setting made on our side, you’ll be able to view all previous invoices, right from the “My Account” tab on the left (see below).
Even better? if there’s an item on the invoice you’d like to order again, click on the “info” button for that item to view the product page for that item. Add it to your cart from there!
REMEMBER: in order to have your ORBIT account tied to your in-store account, you’ll need to send an email to sales@arlenco.com requesting it!
