Look up previous Invoices, right in ORBIT.

LOOK UP PREVIOUS INVOICES, RIGHT IN ORBIT. Did you know, we’ve now built the ability to view previous invoices right into ORBIT?

In order to view a previous invoice, you’ll need a registered account on ORBIT. Once you have an account, send an email to sales@arlenco.com. After a quick setting made on our side, you’ll be able to view all previous invoices, right from the “My Account” tab on the left (see below).

Even better? if there’s an item on the invoice you’d like to order again, click on the “info” button for that item to view the product page for that item. Add it to your cart from there!

REMEMBER: in order to have your ORBIT account tied to your in-store account, you’ll need to send an email to sales@arlenco.com requesting it!

Order online, Pick up in Store.

ORDER ONLINE, PICK UP IN STORE. Did you know that if you’re assigned to a local branch store on ORBIT, you can order online and pick up those items at your local Arlenco? You won’t be charged. Build your shopping cart, view your cart, update quantities, and choose “In Store Pickup” from your cart page! You won’t be charged (although you may get a call from the store to verify your order; we like to do that!)
